At Mukta all of our practitioners are fully trained and qualified. Although different therapies have varying treatment methods, the following process will be followed. When you visit a therapist for the first time a full case history will be taken and you will be given an examination. You may be asked to remove some of your clothing and to perform a simple series of movements. The practitioner will then use a their professional diagnostic methods to identify the cause of your problem. The practitioner may need additional investigations such as x-ray or blood tests. This will allow a full diagnosis and suitable treatment plan to be developed for you. Usually the first visit will last longer than subsequent visits to allow for the above. The normal duration of each therapy varies between 30 and 90 minutes. It is not normally necessary to contact your Doctor before consulting a natural health practitioner. However if the practitioner feels there is a need to inform or discuss your case with your doctor they will ask for your consent beforehand. If you are unhappy about any aspect of your treatment or your visit to our clinic, please inform us immediately.
